About the Course
Students deepen discipline through structured blocking systems, forward-driving punches, and crescent-style kicking patterns. Realistic self-defense scenarios—such as lapel grabs and push-pull situations—teach how to respond under pressure. Footwork, timing drills, and combination counters support a more tactical approach to training.
