This cycle develops stability, timing, and spatial awareness. Students practice parries, controlled spinning strikes, and precision kicking, along with movement patterns designed to improve agility and reaction speed. Self-defense training includes choke releases and wrist-grab variations that emphasize leverage and calm under stress.
Your Instructor
Sensei Tony

Mr. Tony Tati brings over 50 years of martial arts experience to West Georgia. A 4th-degree black belt in American Karate and Taekwondo, he also holds black belts in Sho-Do-Khan and Shorin-Ryu. With four children and eight grandchildren connected to local schools, Tony sees this dojo as his way of giving back. Guided by faith, he believes God has led every step toward opening Whole Body Family Karate.
