About the Course
The Control Cycle develops restraint, precision, and mastery of movement. Students work on holding positions, regulating power, managing distance, and executing techniques with purpose rather than force. This cycle reinforces the ability to stay composed while maintaining full control in both offense and defense.
Your Instructor
Sensei Tony
Mr. Tony Tati brings over 50 years of martial arts experience to West Georgia. A 4th-degree black belt in American Karate and Taekwondo, he also holds black belts in Sho-Do-Khan and Shorin-Ryu. With four children and eight grandchildren connected to local schools, Tony sees this dojo as his way of giving back. Guided by faith, he believes God has led every step toward opening Whole Body Family Karate.
