About the Course
In this first cycle, students build the core fundamentals that set them up for success in martial arts. They learn how to move with purpose, control their bodies, and stay aware of their surroundings. Training includes foundational blocking techniques, essential punches, and basic kicks that strengthen balance and coordination. Students are introduced to simple self-defense concepts—like how to stand, listen, and respond safely—and complete their first kata, reinforcing discipline and focus.
