About the Course
The final Junior cycle builds a student’s ability to think ahead, anticipate movement, and lead with confidence. Students learn reinforced hand strikes, advanced 360-style spinning kicks, and blocking combinations that require coordination across multiple angles. Self-defense in this cycle includes resisting and escaping Full Nelson attempts while staying calm and controlled. The kata represents peak Junior-level discipline—precise, powerful, and deeply focused.
