REFUND POLICY

Membership Fees

Membership dues are billed monthly and are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Enrollment reserves a student’s place in class and access to training during that billing period. Complimentary classes are offered so prospective students can experience the dojo before committing to a membership.

Equipment and Merchandise

Uniforms, sparring gear, and merchandise are non-refundable once opened or used. If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist with an exchange or replacement when possible.

Class Scheduling and Cancellations

Whole Body Family Karate reserves the right to adjust class schedules or cancel classes due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. When possible, makeup class opportunities will be provided.
